Ok, this may be the most difficult decision I will have to make all year. I have 4 pretty darn good WR's, but I can only start 2. So choose 2 from this list:
Anquan Boldin @ Houston Sidney Rice vs NYG Hakeem Nicks @ Minnesota (assuming he plays, which it sounds like he will) Jeremy Maclin @ Dallas
Ok, If Nicks can play, I think he is a must start. He was a top 5 WR before he got hurt. And from what I'm hearing, his injury wasn't a nagging painful injury, it was more like a surgery to get blood flowing in his leg. So I don't think he will have any ill effects from the injury. I heard the reason why he missed time was to make sure the laceration from the surgery closed up. As for Rice, Boldin and Maclin I don't know what to do. Maclin and Boldin have great matchups. Rice is facing a tough NYG defense, but he is such a threat for the deep ball. He can have a 60 yard TD at any time. I'm shying away most from Boldin, just because Baltimore offense is so unpredictable. You never know who will have the good game because they have so many weapons on offense. They are almost like the Saints of fantasy football.
If Nicks is out, I'd go with Maclin and Boldin. If he plays, I'd go with him and Maclin. Like you said, there's just too many weapons in the Raven's offense for Boldin to be consistent.
im gonna have to agree with him about nicks. But disagree about maclin. I say if nicks is healthy u go nicks boldin. Texans pass defense is just so terrible u got to take advantage of it. They have alot of weapons but so do the eagles, with desean and mccoys versatility. i say boldin nicks.
I agree with you that if Nicks is in you gotta start him. After that I would rank your WR's the following way: 1. Boldin - Baltimore's offense is unpredictable but the Texans are that bad against the pass..you must start Boldin, who is still Baltimore's #1 threat.
2. Rice - High risk, high reward here. It's playoff time - I go with the guy with the higher upside.
3. Maclin - I just see the two guys above as having more of an ability to make big plays over Maclin.
Thanks for your help with mine! Good luck

I'm going to have to disagree, I have been hearing mixed things about Nix out of new york. Unless you get very positive reports closer to gameday I would be careful about starting him.
I love Boldin as a WR, but that Baltimore offense scares me. When Baltimore takes a lead, they play so conservatively by running the ball. And he seems to get a lot of double coverage, which is why he has had so many weaks of under 3 fantasy points.

Thanks for the help with mine; I have 3 good RBs, but the rest of my team is mediocre, so I'm at 7-6 and playing in the quarter finals.
I agree with the guy that I quoted, for the same reasons.
Anyone else? This decision is going to drive me crazy. These 4 guys are so equal and can all have big games, it's just tough choosing which two to play. Honestly, when you got 4 guys who are really close, it really comes down to who happens to have the big game. For instance, for those owners who have to choose between Hillis, Foster, and AP each week, there isn't much logic you can put into it. It really comes down to who shows up to play on Sunday.
