Ok, this is probably the toughest decision I have came across in fantasy in some time. I need to start 2 of these WR's, but which two?
Boldin @ Houston
Maclin @ Dallas
Sidney Rice vs NYG
Hakeem Nicks @ Minnesota (assuming he plays, which it sounds like he will)
If Nicks plays, then he is a must start in my opinion. He was a top 5 WR before he got hurt, and it sounds like his injury wasn't really a nagging/painful injury, but rather a surgery to get blood flowing in his leg. So the time he missed wasn't due to pain, it was due to letting the stitches and scar heal over. So I doubt he will have any ill effects from missing a couple games. However, on rotoworld, they say he is a WR3 at best, and a risky play. I wonder why? Maclin and Boldin have really nice matchups, but I like Maclin a little more just because he plays in a passing offense, whereas Boldin plays in running offense. And Maclin is much more consistent. Rice is intriguing after that big Week 13 but he faces a tough NYG defense, and it looks like Favre will be back under center (looks like he really benefited from Tavaris Jackson). But he has the capability to catch a 60 yard TD at any time. Right now i'm leaning towards Maclin and Nicks. But it's going to be so hard benching Boldin against Houston and Rice after his big 2 TD game last week.
So what should I do? Leave a link and i'll make sure to give my insight. Thanks.
