Having trouble with flex spot and Defense

Please help with my flex spot options are:
Chris Ivory vs. Rams
Tashard Choice vs eagles
Michael bush vs. Jaguars

I'm thinking ivory or choice ... i also have percy harvin and sidney rice...thinking i should play rice...or maybe both...i"m just afraid of farve playing and rice and harvin not gettting the ball against the giants heres my starters:
mike vick (no brainer)
lesean mccoy (also no brainer)
Adrian peterson
reggie wayne vs. titans
sidney rice vs. giants
kevin boss vs. vikes
flex spot????

i also have rams and eagles def/st....which one do you think will be more effective w/rams vs saints and eagles vs. cowboys any help will be greatly appreciated thanks so much

Hey man thanks for answering mine. Here is my take:

Start Ivory over the other flex guys you have mentioned. And keep Rice in the lineup as well. But all things being equal I would go with Ivory over Rice.

Those are not good defenses! Is there not anyone better that you can get?

unfortunately i doubt i'm gonna have any better luck with the defenses that are left heres whats left on the FA list:
raiders, bucs, redskins, lions, cheifs, cowboys, ravens, vikes, texans, bengals, and jaguars. thanks for input
