Because of injuries, need a flex starter

Ok im in a bad spot and need to start one of the following three players. Its a .5ppr league with 6 pts for all tds and .10 for each yard rushing/receiving.

Ryan Torrain vs TB
James Starks at Det
Michael Crabtree vs Sea

All 3 have questions but which one is the safest. Can not afford a gooseegg. Thanks in advance and post yours and WHIR

No way Torain even belongs in this conversation IMO. The Lions are terrible against the run and Seattle gives up big plays in the passing game, so I think it's close between Starks and Crabtree - that said, Crabtree hasn't been catching too many passes and with the .5 ppr and the matchup/fact GB really wants to run the ball and he seems to be the guy, so I think Starks stands as the best flex option out of this group, but it's close

agreed, no real good option there, so starks is probably your best bet for a few points, with crabtree having the possibility of bigger points, but also the potability of no points.
