like what teams have the best/worst kick return averages, and whats teams give up the most points, yards on kick returns

Here are the averages/raw numbers as far as yardage allowed and TDs allowed for punts and kickoffs from ESPN. As far as getting that broken down into fantasy points I have no idea where to find that, but this should help with the inferences you need to make decisions in a league that counts return stats - hope this helps!
