I think you have to go with Roethlisberger this week. There is no way that I would trust a guy that just got his stomach sewn up to last the whole game. STL has a decent pass rush, and could put him down and out. I know that is the case with any QB, but why take the risk when you have another good option.

Maclin, Welker and Wallace are all pretty much equal in my eyes. Wallace will probably be shadowed by Revis this week, but he has the speed to beat anyone at any time. One play and it makes him worthwhile, but will you get that play?
Welker is always a good bet to catch 5+ balls, and he has been on fire lately. I think you have to start him.
Maclin is inconsistent, but is always a redzone option in the Eagles offense. He laid an egg last week, but did have 9 for 120 last time he played NYG.

I would start Maclin and Welker, and leave Wallace on the bench.

Good luck! ;-D
