DEF Q&A: Round 1 Playoffs! Atlanta or Miami? (non-PPR)

I currently have three defenses to choose from:

Green Bay is my default, but against New England, with or without Rodgers, I don't know if I like them much.

That leaves:

Atlanta Falcons vs. Seattle
Miami Dolphins vs. Buffalo

I don't think I'd want any part of a DST going against the Pats right now. I'd play the Falcons, it's a good matchup, but SEA seems to keep things closer at home. Dolphins look like a tease to me this week - I can see BUF scoring plenty in that game. Good luck!
