Bowe and Branch - V-Jax is a big risk/reward but Bowe has been on fire and Branch has posted huge nubmers for the past 3-4 weeks. (outscored Welker in fantasy points)
VJax and Branch. Bowe doesn't even have 2pt's total in his last two games. His QB had surgery and probably won't be back. He is more of a risk than VJax IMO. Call me crazy but I think Vjax's 1st game back was just a "feeler" for the coaches to see where he is. I think he'll become more involved.
10 Team QB Flex 1PPR - Week 3
QB: M. Stafford, J. Flacco RB: C. Johnson, D. Murray, D. Sproles, CJ Spiller, M. Leshoure WR: J. Jones, E. Decker, A. Brown, P. Garcon, B. Lafell TE: J. Finley, M. Bennett K: D. Akers DEF: Ravens
I think if Cassell is back, Bowe is a must start. If not, I say go with Branch and Holmes. Tom Brady is lighting it up right now and Branch is his go-to guy, regardless of the opposition nor the weather. I don't trust VJax in the fantasy playoffs. He's an extreme talent on an extremely talented offense, but the guy hasn't really played all year. It'd be tough to roll the dice on him. The reasons I like Holmes are that A) if he wouldn't have dropped that easy TD last week, he's be a no brain start cause he's been crushing it and B) i love starting guys against the teams they used to play for, especially if they were given the raw end of the deal. So in closing, I'd say definitely Branch and then either Bowe or Holmes, depending on the health of Cassell. All the best in your playoffs brother.
i think im gonna start branch for sure now. if tom brady likes him, so do i.
i wont be starting bowe of cassel isnt playing, and even if he does, the point about him not showing up the past two weeks has me a little worried.
"i love starting guys against the teams they used to play for, especially if they were given the raw end of the deal" -good point there, hes got a few reasons to play well: bounce back from the drop, bounce back from the 2 losses, show up the steelers.
still a little worried about starting him against the steelers D, especially with sanchez looking like a rookie the past two weeks.
as for jackson, i'm worried about giving him his first start of the year in a playoff game when he hasnt done jack yet.
