Need advice on TE spot (responds to yours)

Postby TheSouthpaw » Fri Dec 17, 2010 11:19 am

Hi everyone, league championship, 14-team non-ppr.

I got a donut from Ben Watson last week in my league semis, but survived, however I really need some points this week. Is it too risky to start Owen Daniels if I am already starting Foster and Andre Johnson?

I can choose from Owen Daniels (@TEN) Moeaki (@STL) Bo Scaife (HOU) Pettigew (@TB) or Watson (@CIN)

EDIT: Also, please pick 2 of 4: R. Torrain (@DAL) J. Best (@TB) J. Stewart (ARZ) F. Jackson (@MIA)

THanks

I agree, too many positions from one team.
I dropped Watson for Winslow this week, That game will be all Hillis all the time.
My choice would be Pettigrew but the guy I'm playing 1st playoff week has him.
For RB's, I would use Torrain (Dallas rush defense 5th worst last 3 weeks), and Stewart (ARI is 4th worst)
please anwer mine.....thks

I dunno about Daniels with your other HOU players, however, if he is going to score points - it shouldn't matter. I normally do not like starting multiple players from one team. As for Watson, I have the same issue with Watson and am going with Winslow instead.

I really think I'd go with Pettigrew if you have him anyway. He gets plenty of targets and may have a big day.

I would still go with Daniels. It shouldn't matter that they are on 1 team. Tell me you won't start Manning, Wayne and Clark since they are on 1 team. If they are going to score points it shouldn't matter.
As for the RB, I like Jackson and Stewart.

It's not ideal to start 3 players from same team, but in this case, I would definitely go with Daniels. He saw a ton of action last week and is likely to do so again this week against a team that is terrible v TE and with AJ being gimpy. Also, I'd go with Torain and JStew.

I say Daniels or Pettigrew.

Depends on your comfort level with 3 players from that team!

Help with mine?
