Flex help: Torain or Hightower?

I got Foster and AP starting and I need a flex play. Should I go with Torain or Hightower? Other options are 2 Ravens WR's Boldin, Mason. I know Peterson hasn't practiced yet and he is playing with 3rd string QB, but I still can't start Torain and/or Hightower over him. Or should I?

I'd take a healthy Torain over most RBs even with a crazy Shanahan at the helm.
