WR/RB slot - Semifinals: Rice, James or Webb

I'm in the semis this weekend and trying to figure out what to do with my WR/RB spot to finish up my roster, which is currently:

QB - Schaub
RB - C. Johnson
RB - A. Foster
WR - M. Colston
WR - C. Ochocinco
TE - J. Tamme
WR/RB - could be Sidney Rice, Javarris James or Joe Webb
Other bench players = C. Cooley, B. Roethlisberger

K - S. Janikowski

DEF - Miami
Other bench defenses = Minnesota, Tampa Bay

Not sure if Rice will be that active, if Webb's passing is off during his first start. The thought of a QB in the WR slot is an intriguing one, and James has been putting up decent numbers over the last six weeks. Hard to decide between the three. Thoughts?
