Okay more questions...

For teams that assign draft order based on a "lottery", how exactly do you make it work?

Do you use points (which seems the best indicator of how good/bad a team was) or record (which can be very luck based)?

I'd personally use record.....that's how you determine who wins the season.

I'd personally also allow the people to pick what spot they are drafting at, in a snake draft the first pick is not necessarily the best (especially in a keeper league). Of course, if you do a superbowl......the champ gets the last pick, etc.
