RB and TE questions

This one is tough for me! Do I start Jacobs against Philly, in what should be a slug fest, or go with Torain against Dallas. Dallas is so so against the run, and Torain is about the only thing going for the Redskins

Also...pick one TE please .

I start Miller against a Denver team that has lost their motivation and never could cover TE's
