Ok, this is not the right time for my two stud RB's to be ailing. MJD is officially out for Sunday's game, and AP is questionable, but it sounds like Frazier expects him to play. I'm in quite a situation right now. Here's my current lineup before MJD got ruled out for Sunday's game.
QB: Eli @ GB RB: Turner vs NO RB: MJD vs WAS Flex: AP @ PHI WR: Nicks @ GB WR: VJax @ CIN TE: Davis @ STL DST: Ravens @ CLE K: Bryant vs NO
Bench Options: Rashad Jennings vs WAS (MJD's back up, who will start on Sunday) Ryan Torain @ JAX Jeremy Maclin vs MIN Pierre Garcon @ OAK (my opponent has peyton manning, not sure if that helps me or not)
Ok, so I definitely need a replacement for MJD. Who should I replace MJD with? I think it's between Torain and Jennings. Both play each other in the same game, and neither team has a good run defense. I've seen Jennings play and he is pretty explosive and he catches a lot of balls out the backfield. Then again, I don't know if I can start a guy who has never started before Torain who has been so consistent lately. My next question is, who should I play if AP is can't play, and if he can play do I still play him with the tough match up and his lingering injury? I'm scared to play him because he plays in the Sunday Night Game, and I don't want to wait till the last minute. However, I do have Maclin who plays in the night game, so I could wait til moments before the game starts, and if he is ruled out right before the game I could play Maclin instead. So what should I do with AP.
To sum it up: Who should I play for MJD Should I Play AP if he can play Sunday Night, If not then who should I play for him.
I wouldn't trust AP this week. I'd start Maclin or Torain at flex. As for MJD, I think you have to go with Jennings. Even with minimal carries, he's turning out big yardage. Factor in the inability to effectively pass the ball on a consistent basis and Jennings should see "MJD-like" touches. Jennings has more upside and potential for a big game, where Torain is the consistent player (though he has yet to score a TD in the last four games). So, in terms of TD production, I think Jennings has the advantage.

Yeah I'm almost 100% sure that I'm going to play Jennings in place of MJD. As for AP's situation, i have no idea what to do. I'm starting to lean towards playing Torain regardless if AP plays or not. Everything is working against AP right now. He is hurt, he has no QB, Vikes will fall behind quick and early (abandon the run, possibly sit AP for rest of game).
By the way, Torain does have a TD in the past 4 games, he got a receiving TD last week.
Gotta go Jennings for sure! And I think I would pay attention to the AP situation, and throw in Torain if need be. Jennings should tear it up for you though!

Leave a link, i'll help back.
My confidence in Jennings is building by the hour. Screw the stress of waiting for AP and start Jennings for MJD and Torain at Flex. even your other options are goods but I would rank flex positon: Torain, Maclin, Garcon...Garcon probably has the highest ceiling though.
Thank you for you help with mine. I'm starting Jennings for AP in one league and over Tolbert in another.
I'd roll out Jennings at RB (dude is averaging 6.8 ypc. Six. Point. Eight. That's sick, even on limited carries.). Then wait on status of AP, and if he's out, go Maclin at the flex (nice that they're in the same game) . Otherwise roll with AP and hope he lasts the full game. Good luck!
