Championship Lineup Help 100% WHIR

Postby clarkevii » Sat Dec 25, 2010 2:52 pm

Congrats winners! We have made it this far. Now its time to win the whole thing..... but I could use your help! Here's the situation:

I must choose my flex:

K. Moreno vs. Hou

or

B. Marshall vs. Det / M. Williams TB vs. Sea

My team is in my sig. I think Nicks is a must start but I can't figure who to plug in at the Flex. If Moreno plays... do I start him? Or do I stick with One of my receivers? If I start Moreno who do I bench M. Williams or B Marshall? I am a 30 point fav in my ESPN league. Big $$$ and bragging rights on the line.

Team in Sig

100% WHIR
16 Team w/ Flex, Non-ppr, All TDs 6

QB - Stafford, Cutler
RB - MJD, Best, Lynch, D. Carter
WR - Nicks, Britt, Benn, D. Moore
TE - Graham
K - Henery
D - Jets

I'm a fan of Williams (TB) over Marshall. I think he has the better matchup and QB.

Any input would be great:

I tend to lean on starting RBs, but if you want to start a WR, def mike Williams east. I'm from Seattle and trust me, the secondary is terrible.

I'm gonna go against the previous responses and say Marshall. Detroit seems like a favorable match-up, and he seems to be turning things around. I wouldn't risk starting Moreno, but you never know against the Texans defense.

I think Moreno is risky. I would go with the WR which is a toss up but would lean Williams.

Thanks for the help with mine.

I'd say to start Moreno if he's healthy and playing. Otherwise, I'd consider playing Williams if Moreno doesn't play. Marshall may or may not be turning it around. I really think it's too late to turn around a whole season, and he's only had one good game since mid-October. And it was only good...nothing spectacular. Williams is a good option and has a great matchup...roll with him if Moreno is out. Fortunately, they both play late, so you should know for sure about Moreno in time to switch to Williams.
