In leagues where keepers are taken in the first round(s) of the draft, such as on ESPN, it would seem to be very important that there be a set draft order.
Yes or No?
Would it be important that the draft order be set as worst regular season team first to best regular season team last?

As long as it doesn't seem as if the teams are throwing games at the end of the year for a better draft position next year, then yes go by order of record.
