Torain or McKnight? Help!

I'm worried about Torain against the Giants.

I have McKnight on my bench. Should I play him?

Mcknight is a high risk/reward play to me. He's a little small, has ball security issues, and his run mechanics are slightly odd. But he does have the buffalo d on his side. Torain has a rough matchup but is likely the safer bet. I just didn't care for what I saw from video of Mcknight.
