Making week 17 worth something, and interesting!

So i know most folks are gone from around here this time of year, but how much does today (Sunday week17) suck? Footballs on the TV but it really means nothing since fantasy football is over, lol

So i got to thinking,.. since pretty much everyone in my league play year after year, why not make week 17 count for something towards next season. No team vs team play, just high score wins say an extra name in the hat come next draft day, for picking draft order.

One problem i'm having in this idea is the math of it. I'd like to figure out just how much better a chance it gives whoever wins week 17 to nab the #1 over all pick. Not that getting it is always a blessing as we all know,.. but since you're 2 names are still going up against 11 others, maybe it should be more like 2 or 3 extra names in the hat for the week 17 winner?
Someone who knows the math of this help me out please!
