Is this not dirty? (Fantasy Football Commish)

I know its been a little while but I am still in an argument with the commish of my league.

The league was set up to have 4 playoff teams (week 15 & 16 playoffs). I was sitting at #1 in week 14 and the commish was #6. So wednesday of week 14 he changes it to 8 playoff teams. Of course I lose in the first round to the #8 team who should have never have been there. I tried to tell him it was really shady but he still won't agree that it was messed up.

Am I wrong here? It seemed like it screwed over most of the league.

League settings should not be changed after the draft has started. Period.

In a for-fun league, if and only if everyone agrees to a rule change after the start of the league, should it be done.

Anything else is bush.
