Should I give up my 5th round pick for McFadden? WHIR

So details are as follows:
12 team 3 keeper league standard nfl.com scoring.
Right now have Mendy and Roddy as my first 2 keepers and may keep Bowe as my 3rd.

another owner who has a number of 1st and 2nd round valued players (5) and some 3rds has said he is willing to trade any of them for picks.
CJ, AJ, Rogers, McFadden, Wayne, Maclin

Only one I am interested in is McFadden as he said that he wants a 5th for him. I offered a 6th. Then a fifth for his 7th.

What should I be willing to give up for McFadden? His average value seems to be around the 13 or 14 selection but if he repeats last year he will be a top 5 player let alone RB.

I will help you as best I can with any dilema you are trying to figure out, please let me know what I should be willing to bargain with.

I would easily give up the 5th round pick for McFadden... in essence, it's really the 8th round as you keep 3 players. Both sides win, as you upgrade your 3rd keeper and he gets something for a player he was likely to have to throw back.

Ummmmm not quite. By keeping 3 players I am forfeiting my first 3 picks. So my 5th round pick will be my actual 2nd of the draft, likely a RB or WR with starting capability.

I'll put it this way... I have DMac as a top 12-15 RB going into the NFL draft and free agency. He's an ideal 2nd RB in my opinion... you have a RB1 in Mendy and my #1WR in White, so he would qualify. And I like DMac over any of your other keeper candidates. So I would still do the deal.... if you can get anything more out of the other owner, great, but I would trade your 5th round pick for DMac straight up.

I would take this in a heartbeat. DMAC was a beast last year and as long as he stays healthy he should repeat. You know that Al Davis is going to force them to give him the ball as much as possible.
