where should these QBS go in my rookie draft, Is it worth taking Newton early when i can have a guy like Kopernick later?

Newton- Panthers
Gabbert- Jaguars
Kopernick- 49ers
Matt Flynn- Packers
Ponder- Vikings
Dalton- Bengals
Locker- Titans
Mallet- ?????????
