who should i draft keeper league/TD heavy

I'm in a TD heavy league. I'm a new owner in a 16 team league league thats been running for 15 years.
My team is also a 2nd year expansion team.
I am horrible at rb,so so at wr and have VIck at qb but with basically no one beind him
I have the 4th and 7th pick in the draft.If the draft falls as expected Ingram,A.J.Green,And Newton should top 3.I will take one of 3 rbs at pick 4 and hope that one of the other 2 will be there at pick 7.

Heres my questions.Between R.Williams,Leshoure,and D. Thomas who would you take at pick 4 and who's your 2nd choice?
Second question is if at pick 7 Leshoure.Williams,And Thomas are gone do you take a QB(Locker,Gabbert,Dalton)or a wr Like J Jones( great value) or fall down a tier at rb to someone like Helu,Murray, or Vareen.

Can you post your existing team? Also, I know your league is TD heavy, but is it also PPR?

I would take Thomas over Ryan Williams and Leshoure.

I would take Vereen over Murray and Helu.

I would take Julio over all these guys in most situations.

I'd also strongly consider Little over Vereen at 7 if you go RB at 4.

i forgot to mention i also have the 24th,28th and 29th picks. I cant expect a great deal with these picks but i do expect some help there.

With your league scoring, I actually like Leshoure best of your first group -- he seems to be the prime candidate to get at least the goal line carries in a potentially very powerful DET offense. 2nd choice would be Thomas as long as there's no significant FA signed there to compete for looks.

In your 2nd group, I'd take J Jones first. I would consider Murray, as he has experience with returns... and according to your scoring, that can be a significant advantage. I like Vereen as well.

AJ Green, Julio Jones, and Mark Ingram should all be gone at pick 4 if not take the one that falls..... Then your choice between Leshoure and Thomas at pick 4....I like both
