Go to Team > Roster

Then look at the column Availability > Action.

There are links [Cut] beside each player.

Weekly waivers throughout the offseason. All done on Fleaflicker. No Free Agents until after Week 1 (only waivers).

Still need one cut before opening the league, so earliest first waivers will be the 14th.
