in a 9th year Dynasty league 16 team ppr with IDP's..
the gist of my roster on offense:
Qb Brees RB Arian Foster RB Ryan Mathews RB Cedric Benson RB Pierre Thomas RB Michael Bush RB Jamie Starks RB Rashad Jennings, Justin Forsett, Benard Scott
WR Miles Austin WR Marques Colston WR Percy Harvin WR Brandon Tate, Brian Robiskie, Jarrett Dillard, Marcus Easley
TE Jimmy Graham TE KWII
I have traded for the overall 1.01 rookie pick.. I also have the 1.14 (16 team league)
I have a "mancrush on Mark Ingram" or do I take AJ Green WR?
I/m weaker at WR in depth than I am at RB..
We MUST start 2 RB's & 2 WR's with 1 flex (Rb or WR)
Convince me to take AJ Green over M.Ingram because every fiber of my being is saying take Ingram.. And I am the LARGEST Saint fan on earth.. lol
normal scoring with 1 pt for each reception.. 10 yrd rushing/receiving + 1 pt..

I think that Ingram is the better choice at #1, but you've already got Brees, Colston, and Graham. Is KWII Kellen Winslow? I think you're weaker at RB than WR. You have plenty of depth at RB but a questionable 2nd RB behind Foster. Austin and Colston are likely going to have better seasons than Green. Have you talked to the player with the 2nd pick? It's possible he could be in love with one of the two guys and you could trade up somewhere else in the draft.
I think A.J Green is the only SURE FIRE pick in this entire draft. Julio, Ingram are good bets but not guarantees imo. I would draft A.J. especially as it is more of a need position for you.
If you are really wanting Ingram and can't deal down and still get him, you can look at drafting him and then packaging a Benson/Mathews with Colston/ Harvin combination for a WR upgrade. You would make room for Ingram, plus get the needed upgrade at WR. Not sure the other rosters or willingness of the league to trade. But their are usually a team or two weak at RB that would be willing to move a wideout.
