14 Team H2H League and I keep every player each year. I have the 3rd pick in the rookie draft.
QB-Matt Cassel, John Skelton WR-Boldin, Lee Evans, Ochocinco, Golden Tate, Ted Ginn, Devery Henderson, Louis Murphy RB-Turner, LT, Sproles TE-Gonzalez, Fasano K-Bironas DEF-New England IDP-Ray Lewis, A.J. Hawk, Finnegan, Brooking, Jammer
What moves would you try and make? I know I definitely need to upgrade my QB and I have a ton of WR so who should I package together to improve. Im in trade talks to get Peyton Manning/Dallas Clark/Clay Mathews for Cassel/Boldin/Tony Gonzalez

The problem with making moves is you weaken one spot to improve another. You are average at every position which isn't bad because you have a solid base. I would test the waters and see what you come up with

Get that trade if you can. Then swap Peyton for Bradford. Swap Dallas Clark for Jimmy Graham or Gronkowski.
Trade LT to the Greene owner for a 3rd. Use that 3rd to take Alex Green, Bilal Powell, or Johnny White.
Get what you can for Turner. Even if it's a late 1st or 2012 pick.
Drop Fasano for whatever rookie TEs aren't drafted (Cameron, Julius Thomas, Virgil Green, Housler).
Wait for Ochocinco to get signed by the NEP then trade him immediately for a 2012 1st.
Try to move Cassel for Tebow or a pick good enough to get Locker or Kaepernick.
Drop Ginn, Henderson, and Skelton outright.
Take whoever is left at 1.3 of Julio, AJ, and Ingram.
Every move you make should be with the thought "how does this improve my team in 2013'.

As I was stating in your other thread, THIS should be your primary goal. All those other deals and flip-flops you've made don't really seem to have this in mind - I know it's really hard to "punt" and not really even try to win for a year (or even more), but you just don't have the pieces to really even make the playoffs without a perfect draft, a couple of great FA pickups and the help of lady luck ... whatever you do, don't lose sight of thirfty's (and my) final point quoted above
Trust me Thrifty Rocker, Johnny White is a great player I've seen him at every level in person ok. Take his word for it. If you can get the Bills RB DO IT!
