I don't think its a terrible deal for you...you upgrade in all 3 positions QB, TE, and IDP. Losing Boldin hurts a bit but I like the upgrades everywhere else.
Unfortunately I don't think you can survive the loss of Turner. You need to rework this deal and get something back in the way of RB.
Keep Manning and Clark in the deal but see if you can swing a RB back your way instead of Clay...you don't need him as badly as you do a replacement for Turner if you trade him.

i then traded manning/turner/ocho/tony gonzalez for aaron rodgers/leon washington/nate washington/4th pick in rookie draft. after that i traded the 4th pick for mario manningham.
