Trade Help Needed (WHIR)

Ok this is for a 16 team, H2H Points, 4 Keepers (1 must be IDP the other 3 any). Other thing to note it is .5 PPR. The draft for this league is currently going in as a offline snake draft draft where trading pick is allowed. I have made my 259 pick so my next pick is at 286.

Here is the trade:

Send 23rd Round Draft Pick (355th Overall) to Cowboys
Send 24th Round Draft Pick (382nd Overall) to Cowboys
Receive Ryan Grant, GB RB from Cowboys to Bench
Receive 19th Round Draft Pick (302nd Overall) from Cowboys
Receive 20th Round Draft Pick (307th Overall) from Cowboys

I like Grant not sure about his injury and the emergence of Stark while Stewart for now is behind Williams, (who should go elsewhere once Free Agency starts) but will also have Mike Goodson to deal with if Williams leaves Carolina. So is this a good trade for me or should I decline it?

I would rather have Johnathan Stewart this year. All signs seem to be pointing to DeAngelo Williams leaving Carolina. If The Daily Show stays healthy, the role will be his. Ryan Grant has to deal with the likes of James Starks, Brandon Jackson, and perhaps even rookie Alex Green. Grant will without a doubt be involved in some sort of timeshare.

I don't think that picks that late in the draft will be able to make this worthwhile. It is only filling up your bench at the cost of downgrading one of your starters. Do you think that these picks would be significant for this year?

Moving up 3 rounds that late is not enough for me to trade J-Stew for Grant.

Watch this...Grant is undervalued this year. Starks is the only back you have to worry about and he's not the insanest talented back in the league. BJax is all but phased out. Grant has something to prove and will once again be the feature back in G. Bay, count on that. I'd take that trade.
