With Thrifty allowing the clock to expire after Lung posting pass, Kareig was OTC at 9:49 am Sunday system time.

Under the same rule Instinctive was OTC at 9:49 Monday. I picked on Tuesday afternoon. There is no way Instinctive is picking guys, come on.

Re-reading different posts in this thread has led me to agree with this statement. My early-week was so crazy, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday got conflated in my head into one day. Reading the posts here leads me to realize that the most logical decision is to conclude the Pre-Waiver Process is over.

At the beginning of this week, the remaining teams allowed the clock to expire without making a pick. The PWA process ends with Instinctive selecting Bernard Berrian.
