.5 PPR works for me, 1 PPR is too much.

4 pts for QB TDs is fine - only 5 QB's had 30+ passing TD's last year, 6 pts gives them too much emphasis

Never done a league without kickers, but I'm game if everyone else is

Not sure on 3rd RR - only done it once and can't remember how it turned out. I know the stats show it to be more fair, but I wonder how true that is in leagues where all the owners know what they're doing - I can't see it making much difference in this league with the owners we have - I do know I don't like it if I draw the #1 pick, lol!

I'm going to feel slightly selfish saying this now, but LS2 and I were a little worried about opening up rules to discussion as everyone wants something different and I feel like it's taking that path. We've talked a little tonight and we decided we were pretty high on 6pt passing TDs because it was something different to the vast majority of other leagues we were in, and like fury said, you kinda need full PPR to balance it out.

I'm trying real hard here not to sound like a little kid and whine; "But I want it myyy waaaaaay." So if I do, I apologise. I want to be as diplomatic as possible but we do really want to do it this way. I hope you don't hold it against us and I hope you're all still as willing to play in this league as you were when we told you the rules were set. Honestly, I feel kind of like a douche, but I also feel this is the way I want it to be.

I've just amended the draft rules as such:

To begin with, the draft will be slow style on the Cafe. The order will be 3rd Round Flip. This means the draft will snake, except the 3rd round will be the reverse of normal. For example, the pick orders will be:

1. 1-12
2. 12-1
3. 12-1
4. 12-1
5. 1-12
6. 12-1
7. 1-12
8. And so forth...

For the first 10 rounds there will be a 24 hour clock. However, starting round 11 the clock will be reduced to 12 hours.

Furthermore, in the event we are running out of time we will finish via live draft on Flea Flicker.

• If we have not finished by September 1st, we will complete the round in progress and we will discontinue the slow draft
• We will then hold a live draft on Flea Flicker on September 4th at 9PM Eastern.
• The first game of the season then starts September 8th.

Exact times and dates for the live draft finish can be tweaked to maximise participation, though I think we should only have a few days wiggle room there.

basically the whole draft is snake except round 3. round 3 is in the same order as round 2. it is supposed to even out the advantage given by having an early 1st round pick.

In dynasty leagues I think this has a lot less impact cause everyone's going to have different motives, strategies, and ideas of who is valuable.
