As for the fifth guy, it's a tough call to make right now. I think, and this might be crazy to some, that I'd take Mike Williams (TB) by a hair over JStew, but that's just a gut-check first-run opinion.
I think Blount, DAW and Ryan don't belong in this discussion, and the top 4 guys are no-brainers. Honestly you can't go wrong here, but since I'm usually unwilling to gamble on injury-prone backs who don't catch the ball out of the backfield, I think I'd rather have the high-upside WR2-type as your WR3 if you put a gun to my head

Agreed on all. While it's tough to throw back Stewart, I think your squad is better off keeping Mike Williams.
Foster, Rice, and Nicks without question. VJax is an elite talent, but I don't know how hard he is going to work the whole season. He isn't happy about his contract, and I don't think he will be consistent. I'd take a gamble and roll with Mike Williams and Blount. Blount has a chip on his shoulder and should start getting more snaps on passing downs.
