You will be playing catch up throughout the rest of the draft... but it might not matter, as a Rodgers/Rivers QB combo will be explosive with your league settings.
I would ask for another draft pick in return... but I would pull the trigger on the deal if the other owner doesn't move off this offer.
With an eye towards the future, Rodgers and Rivers will likely be your two keepers for years to come... with the ability to start 2 QBs, I consider both players top-10 overall keepers.

I forgot to to say that i'll be getting a 5th rd pick too....... so it would be Rivers and a 5th for picks 10 and 11....
So, what is the player pool look like for guys who will likely be left? If there's a chance Rivers is there at 10, I might advise against the deal, but I need more info before I'll be sure

it's 6pts for passing TD's and 1pt/ 25 yrds and -2pts /INT

In a league like this, I don't think there's any way you could count on Rivers being there at 10, especially with 6 other QBs being kept...
That's kind of what I was wondering - I'm a 2QB virgin, and I think I underestimated the value of the setup - just realized that it's a flex that allows QBs, which makes Rivers pretty huge when paired with ARod and AJ as your starting 3. If he can fill RB1, RB2 and WR2 with those remaining picks, it kind of seems like a no-brainer when he gets the top-50 pick thrown in there with him, right?
Do it. Two top 5-6 QBs on the same team along with the top WR? Just go RB heavy, hopefully one or two hits along with one WR and you'll have an elite team giving no other team has two top 10 guys like that.
I have played in a start-2QB league for a couple of years... the elite QBs are fantasy gold, especially when QB scoring is weighted so heavily. If the OP can get solid production from his picks, he's going to be tough to beat with Rodgers/Rivers every week.
Also -- if I were the original poster, I would handcuff both QBs with their backups in the late stages of your draft while other owners grasp at QBs you would never consider starting in 1QB leagues (the "Jimmy Claussen/John Skelton, maybe they get some starts, maybe they don't" type of guys) Both offenses are powerful enough that you could rely on Matt Flynn for short amount of time if Rodgers were to get dinged up. This also allows you to catch up from a RB/WR/TE standpoint while other owners invest early picks on the Matt Cassells of the NFL.
Thanks for all the help fellas...... i'm going to accept this deal.....the other team is going to be in great shape too.....He has MJD and picks 1,3 , 10, 11 Damnnnn!
