I would have no issues starting a season with Cutler as my QB. Not great but if I can deal Vick off for an elite WR or an elite RB I would do it in a heartbeat.

There is no specific players or positions you should target, just steady moves to improve your team.

Depends on your scoring system. You could look to deal Vick for a top 6 QB and a WR 1/2 type. Many find vick to be the consensus #1 QB and even a top 5 pick depending on scoring system.

The difference from Vick to Cutler is quite large. I might not even deal Vick for Cutler + RB1.

Cutler has games where he'll throw 130 YDS and 3 INT. Even on Vick's worst games he'll still get 40 ruYd and a TD or two. Of course, if the price is right, you might not want to gamble on Vick's injury past (based on the way he plays....)

You likely won't get that. Some of my favourite value guys this year are

Jonathon Stewart
Larry Fitzgerald
DeAngelo Williams
Dez Bryant
Tony Romo
Santonio Holmes
Percy Harvin
C.J Spiller
Reggie Bush
Ryan Williams

These are guys I think that can be bought cheaper than their actual worth.

Here is one my friend Michael Vick for Chris Johnson/Matt Ryan or Phil Rivers, and if declined I include Shonn Greene

You could try Vick/Greene for CJ/Rivers. I'd do that in a heartbeat. That's pretty lopsided though...depending on how much he likes Vick.

I'd even do Vick/Greene for CJ/Ryan.
