Arrests During the Lockout

Sports Illustrated has compiled a photo gallery NFL players arrested during the lockout. Does anyone know if this is atypical of the number of arrests during the off-season? This is a lot of arrests. Some of them seem petty, but some are just stupid.

This might or might not be related, but isn't it true that these guys aren't subject to suspensions that would usually result from these actions because of the lockout?

You would think so. Goodell isn't the kind of guy to go easy on the rules, from what we know.

I don't know if it is more or less arrests than normally, but I do know that I am somehow reassured that the season is nearing when I hear that Ced Benson has run into trouble with the law.
