Hey, just wondering what some of the strategies people are using in auction drafts. Additionally, I have a theory of one of my own.
This hypothetically would make sense in a keeper league where you have an auction year 1, then the rest of the years are regular drafts. Imagine you get 4 keepers, so you spend almost all of your money on players such as AP, Foster, Charles, Rivers, Megatron, etc. However many keeper slots you get, blow out all of your money on the best at those positions. Then let the autodraft just fill out your team with whatever money you have left. In theory, you keep those super stud players over into season 2, then draft out the rest of your team. I know it isn't a great one, but it isn't bad. Thoughts? As well as some other strategies y'all use in your own auction and/or keeper leagues.
