I think that is DeAndre McDaniel S to NO and not Brown..

It's both. NO is cornering the market on guys named DeAndre. Brown could be this year's Danario.

I guess he changed his mind is coming to Philly now. Hmm...

Former Kentucky RB Derrick Locke failed his physical with the Vikings and will return to the undrafted market.
He's once again an unrestricted free agent. Locke has major medical concerns, and was also rejected for his health by the St. Louis Rams on draft weekend. He's probably not going to have a long career in the NFL if he does resurface.

Chargers make excuses for not getting into the signing frenzy:

"We make contact with agents and they say, 'Thank you so much for calling, I've got 12 teams,' " Chargers General Manager A.J. Smith said. "And I'll say, 'Well, that's great, but I'm concerned about our team, so let's talk about us.' Then it's a matter of a time frame, and we have to make decisions in two or three hours, then move on."
