12 Team PPR Dynasty Salary Cap League needs 1 more!

Hello,

I run a 12 team dynasty salary cap league that needs to fill one more spot. We are starting our 2nd year. We use contracts, restricted free agent tags, and have a rookie draft with salary tiers. We need to get started asap. The team I have available has no players under contract at the moment by you have the option to franchise 1 player and tag up to 4 more as restricted free agents. This team also has the 6th pick available in the draft.
