$200 salary cap, limit of four keepers (escalating re-ups), but also limited by Franchise and Transition Tag limitations.

Payouts are $250 for division winners (2 conferences, 4 divisions), $150 for division runner-up, $1,500 for super bowl winner, $500 for super bowl runner up, and $150 to each conference championship loser (or conference runner-up).

No trading to prevent collusion given the size of the prize pot and current geographic disbursement of the 26 owners already in.

This league really is for the seasoned fantasy football player that needs to take it to the next level.
