Scoring will be by victory points

Top 4 scoring teams = 2 VP
Middle 4 scoring teams = 1 VP
Lowest 4 scoring teams = 0 VP
- You will start 10 players as follows:
1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEF, 1 FLEX (RB/WR/TE)
- Rosters will consist of 20 players
- Waivers will be run via blind bidding (details below)
Divisions will be determined by running the draft order randomizer a second time and grouping the teams as follows:

TPA (only relates to points scored against DEF or ST, so Punt Returns for TD and Kick Return for TD's will count. But interceptions returned for TD or anything against the offense will not count against the defense):

21-27 = 0 points
28-34 = -2 points
35-41 = -4 points
42-48 = -7 points
49+ = -10 points

Def/ST TD = 6 pt (includes KR & PR TD's, as a result, no KR or PR TD's will be awarded to the individual player since the defense is who will benefit).
Each team will be allocated 1,000 BBID $ and BBID dollars cannot be carried over into future years. Once teams exhaust this money, they will not be able to participate in the BBID, but will still be able to pick up players through the FCFS waivers process (see below). No team will be informed of any other team’s free agent bids until after the winning bids have been awarded. Awarding of free agents begins with the highest bid by any team for a free agent. Once that free agent has been awarded to the winning bidder, all other bids for that free agent are discarded as losing bids. Then the highest remaining bid by any team for any remaining free agent will be considered. That winning bid will be awarded the free agent and all losing bids for that free agent will be discarded. This continues until the lowest valid bid remaining is considered. Bidding ties are broken by awarding the free agent to the team with the fewest fantasy points to date. The next tiebreakers (shouldn't ever get this far hopefully) will be fewest VP, followed by Worst Overall record, lowest points in preceding week and if all else fails after this, there will be a coin flip (see Tiebreakers section below for details on how this will work). A team may acquire any number of players provided they remain within the maximum number of players allowed (20). All bids must be in increments of dollars (no cents).
Bid Rounds: A bid round is defined as a bid with related conditional bids. Each team may bid on multiple players under a single or multiple bid rounds (see examples below). Only one player will be awarded per bid round(assuming that team has a valid winning bid). As a result, each round in the system will allow for the addition of one player, all other bids in the round will be conditional bids.
Conditional Bids: In the event a team loses out on a player, that team can place conditional bid(s) for other players during the bidding time frame. The first conditional bid will become relevant/valid only if the team loses out on the first bid. Subsequent conditional bids will become relevant/valid only if the previous conditional bid fails. Bid rounds do not require conditional bids. Bid rounds may have several sequential conditional bids, but no bid round can include bidding on the same player more than once. Once a player is awarded in a bid round, the remaining conditional bids in that round are invalid. Remember, the highest winning bid in any round is the one that is accepted, all other bids in that same round will not be processed.
Bidding Time Frame:
- The bidding process starts after the completion of Week 1 and will end following Week 16. Waivers will not be run following the draft so you must ensure that you draft a complete starting line-up for Week 1.
- Waivers will run every Thursday at 8 PM
- Any player dropped during the waiver process (BBID or FCFS) will remain on waivers until the following week when waivers are processed again with one exception:
If during the BBID or FCFS waiver process, a team adds and then subsequently drops a player in the same week, this player will still be available to be picked up. If you bid on a player that you dropped during the FCFS portion of the same week, you will still lose your BBID $ and another team can request to have that player added to his team. This is to prevent teams from simply adding and dropping guys to prevent other teams from acquiring them. I will not be keeping track of all these players, however, so if you see it happen to a player you are trying to add, post a topic on the league message board and I will manually add/drop the player to your team. If multiple teams post a topic, I will go off the timestamp of the posts and award the player to the team that posted first. I will double-check the system to see if this in fact occured and manually process the request. Remember, this is only for players who were added and subsequently dropped during the same week.
After BBID runs on Thurs, it will be FCFS waivers until Sunday at 12:55 PM. Waivers will close for the week upon kick-off of the first Sunday game (I think this is set up as of 12:55 in the system). (see Note 1 & 2)
Note 1: Once the Thursday games start, waivers will be processed on Wednesday at 8 PM in order to allow teams to add/drop before the first game of the week. FCFS will then remain open until 12:55 PM on Sunday, even after the Saturday games start. However, you will not be allowed to add/drop any players that have already played in the Thursday/Saturday games. This is a change from the original set-up, but is necessary because of the switch to the earlier waiver process period. You can still pick up the players before the game, but will need to wait until waivers run the following week in order to add/drop a player that has already played his game in the current week.
No trade league
Teams will play every team in their division twice, and then 7 of the remaining 8 teams determined at random by the MFL system once Draft order and Divisions are determined.
During the regular season, if matchups end up in a tie, each team will receive 1 VP and be awarded a tie in the standings (very rare since we use decimal scoring). Once the playoffs start, the following tiebreakers will be enforced to determine who moves on or receives a prize:
1) Most Total points during the regular season (Weeks 1-13)
2) Most VP during the regular season
3) Best win/loss % for the regular season
4) Coin toss (see detail below)
Total Points tiebreaker: If there is a tie for total points at the end of Week 16, the aforementioned tiebreakers 2 - 4 will be used.
League Standings Tiebreakers: see Standings Setup (above). NOTE: Head-to-head will only be used if only 2 teams are involved. More than 2 and it moves to the next tiebreaker. Final tiebreaker will always be a coin flip (described below).
VP Tiebreaker: If we happen to have a tie in total score for the week (very rare) and the tied teams also end up either tied for 4th most points or 8th most points (even more rare), these teams will be awarded 1.5 VP and 0.5 VP respectively. NOTE: This will only happen in the previous scenario, if teams are tied for the week but finish 1 & 2 respectively in Total Points, each team is awarded 2 VP's. This is to ensure that a maximum of 24 VP's will be awarded each week, 12 for H2H and 12 for Weekly Point Total.

It will be a single roll on a 100 sided die and the highest total will win the coin toss (this is done to ensure the integrity of the league since teams involved cannot actually be present for the coin toss). If there happens to be a tie, the process will be repeated until there is a clear winner.
