New Keeper League -- AP or Foster? WHIR

Postby hammertoes » Tue Aug 02, 2011 3:21 pm

I have the first pick in a new keeper league. Standard scoring with bonuses for 150+ rushing yards.

Can't decide between AP and Foster. AP has never been the #1 scoring RB I don't think, but has always been top 5. I think he is a safer pick with a much higher floor.

But I think Foster has the higher upside and is a bit younger. Better QB and offense. Can he possibly repeat what he did last year? Every site I look at is projecting him to get nearly 2000+ total yards again!

I don't think the floor is that much higher on Peterson. Higher, but not by a lot. That said, in a new keeper I'll take the younger guy on the better offense every day - Foster it is ;-D

Agree with Foster due to age and the offense he plays in. ;-D
