I expect Daniel Thomas to replace BenJarvus Green-Ellis as your flex play. BJGE is a member of the very crowded New England backfield. BJGE, Danny Woodhead, Shane Vereen, Stevan Ridley, Kevin Faulk, and Sammy Morris all possibly figure to have some role in the for the Patriots this year. This is really just a small critique, because your RB1/2 and WR1/2 are very squared away with elite talent and Freeman/Lewis are both solid.
