Only 2 More Owners Needed - 12 Team Dynasty League

A 12 team dynasty league with a hard salary cap and contract years has a need for 2 more owners. This is a free league and is in its second year of operation. As we have had to replace multiple owners all off-season transactions have not been completed yet. So, everyone will be able to tag players, rookie draft, contract extensions, etc. For all purposes, we have to put the whole off-season into one month. Just like the real NFL.
