I wouldn't.

You don't need the help at WR bad enough to trade away a top 5 RB.

I think it's a pretty fair offer. I just don't like Hillis enough to advise you to do it. I would probably sit tight... but if you like Hillis more than I do, I don't think you're getting screwed on the deal or anything.

Agree with Indi... I also like the "screwed" part of his reply. ;-D

I'm in this camp. I think you're just fine with Nicks, Bowe and welker, and I like your roster more with Charles than with Hillis and Jennings as Hillis is a pretty big downgrade, you'd be without a top-flight RB, and you'd probably have to bench one of those WRs most weeks ...

I'm probably pass too, although all 3 of those guys are overrated. Jennings is probably a top 10 but not top 5 wr, and Charles will be a top 10 not top 5 RB. But who the HELL knows on Hilis, could drop like a rock, then where are you?

Mine if you can

I would have to pass on this. Charles has improved each year and should get getting better. I know that Hillis had a great year last year, but he did wear down a bit last year, and with Hardesty back from injury this year he will lose some touches as well. I do like Jennings also, but GB brought back Jones and Finely is also back, so he could lose some touches. Stick with Charles. Good luck.
