In a 12-team keeper league where I already have Arian Foster as my 1st round keeper. I have my choice of draft picks, so I have a few options:
1.) keep Nicks and take the 2-5 pick. I'd then have Foster & Nicks as my 1st & 2nd round picks, but would then have an early 3rd round pick for another good RB/WR
2. Only keep Foster, and take the 9-12 pick & grab one of AJ, Megatron, or White (of the WR's) or a top RB who's left, but would then have a later 3rd round pick.
I can only keep 3 players max and I already plan to keep Dez Bryant in the 5th round, Freeman in the 17th, and/or Jimmy Graham in addition to Foster and/or Nicks.
SO, do i do keep Nicks or throw him back? and what pick should I take?
I know this is kind of a lot, but leave a link and I promise to help in return
I would keep Nicks. I don't think you can get his value at that point. I am going to gamble that AJ, Megatron, and/or White are kept. Now, if they are for sure available for you to get then you don't keep Nicks.

none of AJ, Megatron, nor White have been kept. in this league, you can only keep players taken after the 5th round. Since this it the 2nd year I would be keeping him, he'd now be a 1st round pick, but with Foster being kept too... Hicks would then become my 2nd round pick.

Or.... keep Nicks. I'd put Nicks with the aforementioned WRs plus Jennings and Wayne; they're all gonna be be gone by the end of the 2nd round. There's more value at the front half of the 3rd round, and you already have a top 6 RB and WR. You might get an elite QB, or at least a very good #2 at R/W.

Just re-read what I wrote and it confused me. Basically, the "other top WRs" aren't 6 picks in the 3rd round better than Nicks in my opinion, so I would keep Nicks. Hope that helps!
