So I have a pretty deep team in my dynsasty league, but I'm looking to get a bit younger at rb. I'm thinking about moving up to the top 3 picks to get Ingram or Thomas. I'm guessing I could get Thomas at #4, but will he be worth it? Or should I just get Ingram at the #1 pick? We are in a 10 team league, 1ppr, 6pts all tds, we start 1 qb, 2rb, 3wr, 1te. I'm thinking of offering up a combo of either my #9 pick in the first round and some combo of either Green-Ellis, Grant, Steve Johnson or Rice. The guy drafting #1 needs help everywhere. Thanks for looking.

My Team
QB- RYan, Eli, Palmer
WR- Fitz, Calvin, Colston, Rice, S. Johnson, Mike Thomas
RB- AP, Dwill, Green-Ellis, Grant, Benson, R. Brown, M. Bush, Starks, Hardesty
TE- D. Clark, O. Daniels, Gronkowski

To go from 1.09 to 1.01 I would charge you a decent WR and a decent RB along with your 1.09. I would ask for Grant and Johnson and settle for Rice and Johnson and probably throw yu something back.

I agree that you should be looking to deal Grant, BGE and Rice. The value on them have taken a hit but is still fairly decent.
