$40 Keeper League, 10 Teams, Leaguesafe for payouts

I've started a new keeper league and am looking for active owners to fill spots. I have two or three real life friends reserved for spots, but the rest are open. I'm looking for owners that will stay active the entire season AND looking to improve their teams.

Payouts: Determined by league vote

We will be using Leaguesafe with Majority Approval for payouts, so you can feel confident that you will receive any payouts due to you. The main reason I am starting this league rather than joining another is the difficulty in trusting non-leaguesafe leagues to actually pay out. No such worries here. Scoring is standard with a few changes that reward big plays.
