Should i trade Ray Rice for Mendenhall??? With the signing of Ricky Williams is his stock on the decline and should i trade for Mendenhall???

Ray Rice's stock should be no different than when McGahee was with the team last season but I do feel he is projected/ranked a bit high.
Does your league use a PPR format? Can't really answer your questions unless I know this...

Non-PPR makes it tough. I think Mendenhall ends up with more rushing yards and TDs, but Rice may end up with a lot more total yards, and their TD difference won't be much.

Yeah, if it was PPR then it is easily Ray Rice but now it is essentially a coin flip.
I think I would still go with Rice, I don't think Mendy will score double digit TDs again and Rice had a # of crummy games last year running the ball that gives me optimism that his yardage will increase this year.
This trade won't make or break your team, wouldn't hurt to wait out some of the preseason games.
