Need Help with Keepers in Auction League (WHIR)

Stevie Johnson (BUF - WR) $9

Budget = $200

It is a PPR league 2Rb 3WR 1Flex. My total draft budget is the remainder after my keepers are set. All keepers increase in value by $5 every year kept and FA pick ups are kept for $9. The only guy I'm set on keeping is Mike Williams. I'm thinking Jamaal Charles might be a steal at $38. What do you guys think? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you could easily argue Rice over Johnson for that 4th keeper spot, but the first three guys are no-brainers IMHO.

I am going to agree with Indi on this one. With the sidenote that I would not rank Rice ahead of Johnson at all.
