League Position Setups

I'm commish'ing at 14 team auction league that I've built with the following roster positions.

QB
WR
2RB
TE
W/T
W/R/T
K
DEF
DB
DL
5 Bench
2 IR

Because I've kept the bench slots pretty small, I've made the player positions pretty flexible. But I'm wondering now if I shouldn't consider adding another bench slot or making any other changes to roster positions (adding QB into the flex spot for example, QB/W/R/T).

Thoughts?

Based on this setup it's:

7 offensive starters
4 other starters (defense,kicker,IDP)
5 bench
16 total rounds

168 offensive players off the board during the draft (assuming no one uses a bench slot on defense or K)

According to yahoo rankings, this leaves the following 30 guys on the waiver wire (seems pretty thin, no?):

I like the way you have the positions, except you migth want to consider a second forced WR spot, whether that means cutting back to 1RB and 2WRs with those flexes or something else (like just adding a second WR to make it 8 starters - prolly what I'd do). I think adding an OP (making QB a flex-able guy) in a 14-team auction would be interesting (much like ESPN's "Man's League"), but with all the flexes and IDPs you're already pretty unique and deep.

As for the depth, it's a 14-teamer with lots of starting requirements, so I think the list you have looks about right for the "value" to expect to be left over after the draft. With shallow-ish benches, there will be enough FA action to keep people interested, etc. without either being flooded or barren
