Need help with draft strategy for 10-man, 2 QB, 2ppr league

I've played in this league with some friends for a few years but I've never really done well and I think it's because of my draft strategy. I've always drafted a RB first, but with this league's format and point system, I think I need a new strategy. I'm drafting 9th this year. Can someone help me with what my draft strategy should be?

Here are the roster positions: QB, QB, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, W/T, W/R, K, DEF, BN, BN, BN, BN

Here is the Point system:

Completions .5
Passing Yards 20 yards per point; 3 points at 200 yards; 4 points at 300 yards; 5 points at 400 yards
Passing Touchdowns 6
Interceptions -2
Rushing Yards 5 yards per point; 3 points at 100 yards; 4 points at 200 yards; 6 points at 250 yards
Rushing Touchdowns 6
Receptions 2
Reception Yards 5 yards per point; 3 points at 100 yards; 4 points at 200 yards; 6 points at 250 yards
Reception Touchdowns 6
Return Yards 50 yards per point
Return Touchdowns 6
2-Point Conversions 2
Fumbles Lost -2
Offensive Fumble Return TD 6

With the 9th and 12th picks I would be looking at filling a QB and RB slot. I would think in a 2 QB league, with 2 PPR the first round would look somthing like

Rodgers
Foster
Vick
CJ
Rice
Charles
AP
Brees

This leaves you with Rivers and McCoy to choose from at 9. Take whoever you feel is best. I would lean towards McCoy. I would then look at Rivers, BRady or Peyton along with Calvin and Roddy at 2.02.

YOu have enough spots to fill you should be looking at BPA for the first 6-8 rounds making sure at the end of 8 rounds you have at least 2 RB, 2 QB and 2 WR rostered.

I suppose ideally I would be looking at

in the first 8 rounds.
