in a 16 team keeper auction how much should each owner get to spend?

when they keep their 2 players how much should that owner have for following year? etc. espn's value of player then minus it from their total.

Money is irrelevant for a total dollar figure. IT would be $200 or it could be $80 million.

Not sure what you mean with the second part of your question, can you explain a little more please.
